Our Team

All our staff are passionate about the Bakery. Our bakers and confectioners are committed to creating products using traditional artisan methods which have stood the test of time. Several of our confectionery recipes are over 100 years old. We have many team members who have been with us many years, the longest two serving over 60 years each! We also look to the future and employ apprentices to develop the next generation of Bakers.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. We have many loyal customers who have been shopping at Hills for years.
