One such development and a popular addition was the introduction of a delicious new bread using high fibre flour. Developed by practising doctor Gerald Davies, the low-carb, high-fibre flour has the same functionality as regular flour but contributes towards improving blood cholesterol levels, lowering the risk of heart disease, stroke, obesity and type 2 diabetes when eaten as part of an overall healthy diet.
