Easter is a busy time at the bakery with our bakers and confectioners working hard to make sure our shelves are well stocked with an irresistible display of freshly made Easter delights.

Chocolate Easter eggs were first made in Europe in the early 19th century – in many cultures the egg is thought of as a symbol of new life, fertility and rebirth.

Chocolate soon became associated with the Easter period and you will find the bakery overflowing with Chocolate nests, Cream egg brownies, Chocolate egg cupcakes and a whole host more delicious treats.

Traditional favourites such as Hot x buns, Simnel Cakes and Carrot cakes both individual and whole will be available for the whole Easter period.
