In response to the current situation regarding the Covid-19 virus in the UK, Hill’s Bakery have reviewed our existing cleaning and sanitising procedures in order to ensure that we are doing all we can to protect our staff and customers and restrict any potential spread of the virus.

The premises are cleaned and sanitised every day. Regularly touched areas are also sanitised frequently throughout the day.
Staff are hand washing/sanitising hands more frequently.

We have changed shift patterns to adhere to social distancing wherever possible.

We kindly ask customers to follow the procedures we have put into place regarding social distancing, only 2 customers in the shop at any time and please ensure you stay at a safe distance, we have marked spots on the floor to make this easier for you. Whilst queuing outside the shop please adhere to the 2-metre rule. We are trying our upmost to ensure the queue is kept moving and your wait is not too long. Please pay by contactless.

Despite these precautions, there remains an element of risk. We request that guests and customers take personal responsibility for themselves and do not visit if they are showing any symptoms of the virus.

We will keep our procedures under review and continue to follow government guidelines.
